All orders are shipped with tracking, so that it is possible to follow your packages from the moment it leaves our warehouse. When the order has been shipped out, you will get an email with the tracking information. You will also be able to find the tracking number in your account.
Shipping times
Orders under 100kg are usually dispatched the same working day (except pallets and large multi boxes). Orders up to 2 pallets (over 250kg or delicate products) can take up to 3 days to dispatch.

Rules and Restrictions
For international shipments to all other countries, the following rules and restrictions apply:
– Please do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary in every country and it is your responsibility to check with your local Customs office to see what products are allowed and what products are prohibited to import prior to placing your order.
– Should your order be seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the items back, there will be no refund issued. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in the same condition and not expired, we will credit you the purchase price minus the shipping charges and restocking fees. You are responsible for the original and the return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for packages returned after a period of 120 days of the delivery date.
– You pay a flat-rate shipping charge of $29.99 USD.
– You can choose to have your order shipped via the expedited service for faster international delivery.You will be emailed tracking information once your order has shipped. The courier picks up the packages from our warehouse, processes the packages and inputs the information into the postal service database and your tracking numbers can be used on your local postal service’s tracking system.
– Please allow up to two weeks for delivery by International Airmail and please note that this does not include any time the order is held in the destination country’s Customs office. If you have not received your package after 30 days, check with your Customs office.
– Any customs, duties, or any and all other taxes must be paid by the recipient. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. We encourage you to call your customs office to find out the exact import taxes or duties you will need to pay before you place your order.
– Some countries allow for importation of otherwise disallowed products “for personal use only”, but not for resale.
– All orders are charged in US dollars.
Please note that our processing times do not apply for International orders due to special regulations that apply on International orders. If you are using a foreign bank’s credit card, you may be required to provide documentation pertaining to your credit card after your order is placed. Please understand that this is required as an extra security measure to insure your credit card’s security and prevent fraudulent transactions. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 12.99 USD per order. You get free shipping for standard delivery on orders totalling $199 USD or more. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, so that it is possible to track the packages from the moment it leaves our warehouse. See below for information and delivery options.
All orders that are received via internet, telephone, or any other means are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Most orders ship the same or next business day. Orders placed by 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday for in-stock items will be shipped the same day. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of dispatching your order to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends.
An order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address on successful order placement. Once your order ships, the dispatch email containing the tracking number is also forwarded to the registered email address. The tracking number can be used to check on the shipment progress. Depending on the shipping service selected, the tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be available on the tracking page after receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
International deliveries may take up to 14 business days for delivery. In the event that you do not receive your tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to send us a message. Some international orders that take longer than our estimated delivery times are considered to be in customs, however, if after 60 days you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will work with you to have your package reshipped.
Delivery time is between 2-12 business days once your order is shipped and signatures are not required on delivery. Fantasy Nutrition is not responsible for any transit delays beyond our control.
**Our selected couriers do their best to deliver orders in a timely fashion, however, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases. You will receive an email from us if there is any unforeseen delays that may cause your order to arrive later than the expected delivery date. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days and this excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Should your shipment be late and you have reason to believe there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us via email. We will investigate into the inquiry and respond promptly

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment card for the purchase. Once orders are received, they are sent to the warehouse to be picked, packaged, and shipped.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
In addition to Standard Delivery, we also offer Express Delivery (Expedited Delivery). Orders placed by 11:00 am PST containing in-stock items can be scheduled using DHL, Fedex express, UPS Express or another mail service provider depending on the shipping point and destination country. Thus, Express Deliveries may reach their destination across the world as quickly as the following business day.
Items not in stock can also be delivered using Express services. Delivery for these products will commence as soon as the products are made available in-stock.

TRACKING AND ORDER UPDATES
Order updates will be sent to the registered email address and can also be seen in your account. You may track your order using the tracking number provided on Fedex.com, UPS.com, DHL.com, your local postal service website or the website of the selected courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the system.

DELIVERY OF BULKY ITEMS AND LARGE ORDERS

CUSTOMS
Our goods are dispatched from various shipping points across the globe. Shipping points are selected based on the destination address. The nearest shipping point to the shipping address is selected to provide the fastest delivery time.
Please note: Goods being shipped may incur additional taxes and custom duties as a result of special trade agreements which are in place.
CUSTOMS – DUTIES AND TAXES
When your package arrives to your country, you may be asked to pay additional fees in duties or taxes in addition to what you have already paid for your item(s). These charges are imposed by the local custom office and are not in our control. We do not take responsibility for these. Prior to placing your order, it is important that you are aware of your local import duties and taxes, if any.
CUSTOMS – CLEARANCE
Some products are not allowed to be imported into specific countries for example “Yohimbe” cannot be imported into Australia. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products being purchased are allowed in your country. Should your order be held by Customs, we will do our best in assisting you in having your order cleared and delivered, however we do not guarantee it. In the event that Customs seizes and/or destroys your item, we will not refund you.
MISDELIVERIES, MISSING ITEMS, DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to ship your order safely under strict provisions, but understand that, on rare occasions, merchandise may be be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us and a representative will respond promptly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sales are final on promotional items sold on the site and we will not accept any returns for promotional items nor will we issue any reimbursement.
LOW STOCK OR BACK ORDERS
Although all attempts are made in maintaining inventory for our products, there is still a chance that a product is out of stock. If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, then we will:
1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) are back in stock.
2. Issue you a refund or credit for the missing product(s). If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and your order is returned to us there will be a restocking fee charged.
In the rare event that is occurs, you will receive an email informing you of your partial store credit for the out of stock item. Items out of stock will be cancelled off your order and you will only be charged for the items shipped.
DELAYS
Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided. If an email is not received, contact us and we will verify and provide you with this information. Shipping delays may also occur with our courier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for merchandise purchased directly from our site only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise must be received within 14 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted beyond this time period.
- Accessories and Apparel: These items must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels intact in their original packaging.
- Sports Nutrition and Dietary Supplements and all consumable products: Returns are accepted if the item is unopened.
- Please contact our Customer Service team letting them know that you would like to make a return prior to sending the merchandise back. Include the products you would like to return, your order number, and the reason for the return in your email. An email will be sent to you, including further information on how to proceed further to complete the return. All returns incur a $6.00 USD restocking fee.
PROCESSING TIMES
In order to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is from the actual card holder, your first order might be slightly delayed until we can verify your information. Please know that once you have gone through the initial screening process, all future orders are usually much quicker to process.
Note: Processing times are also dependent on the products availability at the time your order is placed. If all items are in-stock on order completion, orders usually ship in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). If items ordered are out of stock you will be informed by email outlining the shipping time frame and the order will be processed for shipment once the out-of-stock items are available. The processing times do not account for the delivery transit times. The delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, kindly note that we cannot change the delivery address once an order has already been shipped. We work directly with our shipping providers to help resolve any address issues when possible, however we cannot be held responsible for delays, extra fees incurred, or other delivery issues if an error was made in the shipping information when placing your order. If such an error then causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Should the error cause the order to be sent back to us, you may be held responsible for the return shipping fees and we will only be able to refund you for the cost of the products alone minus the $6.00 USD restocking fee.
PACKAGE LOSS
All items purchased from FantasyNutrition.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items shifts to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Due to the import customs clearance process in the destination country and depending on the shipping method selected, international orders may take up to 35 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered lost until 60 business days have elapsed from the shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 60 business day period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact us and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of the date of purchase. Depending on your location, shipment courier, and history of any similar issues, we will work to help resolve the issue. Orders that have not been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for a partial refund.
DISCLAIMER
Fantasy Nutrition Limited cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional costs to your order, whether taxes or duty fees, nor can we be held responsible for any delivery delays or seized products. In the event that additional fees are applied to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. We bill all our customers who use a debit or credit card in U.S. Dollars and allow the customer’s card issuing company to process the conversion. By ordering from Fantasy Nutrition Limited, you agree to our policies above.
